Terms and Conditions

Set out below are the terms on which aurielle aesthetics provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any aesthetic treatment.

It is the clients responsibility to book in for the correct treatment if you have been treated elsewhere, if you have overfilled, migrated or lumps due to dermal fillers you will not be treated. It is your responsibility to book in for a consultation prior to treatment to discuss if your treatment is suitable.

1. Booking fee and Cancellation Policy Booking a consultation:

  • We take a fully non refundable booking fee of £15 for all our consultations . Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you call us 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will result in the booking fee being taken by the clinic. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another patient.Your booking fee can be refunded in clinic or used against treatment or product

2. Appointments and cancellations

  • All nurses at aurielle aesthetics are trained and approved in accordance with the company’s treatment protocols and therefore aurielle aesthetics does not guarantee continued treatment with a named nurse or therapist.
  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately on 07816226363.We will need to know that you wish to cancel 48 hours before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange at least 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of the treatment from your value pack or booking fee being redeemed.
  • Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival of more than 10 minutes may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. Aurielle aesthetics will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
  • Prior to your appointment you will be required to read the full before and aftercare which can be found on the website. Failure to follow the guide lines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.
  • Any client who requires treatment and brings a child with them must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child whilst the client is being treated. Failure to bring an adult chaperone with any child will result in the treatment being cancelled and loss of the value pack treatment or booking fee. No children under the age of 16 years must be left unattended within the clinic at any time.

3.Credit card details, Booking fee and payments

  •  To secure an appointment with aurielle aesthetics a booking fee is required.
  • For any appointment a booking fee of 25% of the treatment cost will be required. This will be charged at the time of booking, in order to secure the appointment.
  • For an appointment with a nurse or therapist: a booking fee of £25 will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time of booking, in order to secure the appointment
  • You accept that under no circumstance will refunds be given for any procedure or product ◦You accept that you are responsible for cancelling or rescheduling any appointments at least 72 hours beforehand ◦If you give less then 48 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment you will be required to pay 50% of the treatment cost.
  • If you give less then 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment you will be required to pay the full treatment cost.
  • You accept that if you have failed to attend an appointment without following the correct cancellation policy you will be liable to pay a 50% booking fee on any further appointments ◦All Booking fees paid will be non-refundable if you fail to attend and appointment has not been cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours’ prior.

4. Courses of treatments

  • All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses (must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited.

5. Treatment suitability

  • We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable.

6. Liability

  • Aurielle will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide aurielle aesthetics with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Aurielle aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
  • The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of aurielle aesthetics regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit aurielle aesthetics liability for death or any personal injury resulting from aurielle aesthetics negligence.

7. Your right to complain

Aurielle aesthetics endeavours to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at aurielle aesthetics you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either in person, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint, aurielle aesthetics will be pleased to help and support you through the process.

  • The member of staff who initially receives the complaint will convey the details to the Clinic Manager or their designated deputy. Where this cannot be resolved immediately, you will receive a letter within three working days to confirm that an investigation into the matter is underway and that a response will be made as soon as possible.
  • Complaints of a non-medical nature will be handled in their entirety by the Clinic Manager.
  • If your complaint is treatment related the matter will be discussed with the relevant practitioner and may require you to attend an additional consultation with that practitioner or an alternative member of the clinic’s medical team, including the Medical Director. The objective of this is to provide an explanation or a solution to your concerns. Aurielle aesthetics aims to furnish you with a full written response within 20 working days or where this is not possible, an explanation as to the cause of the delay.

8. £25 off treatment voucher for referring a friend are:

  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  • Applicable to new and excisting clients.
  • Cannot be used against consultations.
  • One voucher per person.
  • The voucher should be surrendered upon purchase of the treatment.
  • Offer applies to single and courses of Practitioner led treatments with minimum spend of £60
  • Offer can only be used on treatments.
  • Offer is subject to patient suitability for treatment.
  • Voucher is non transferrable and cannot be exchanged for money.

9. 10% discount for NHS employees

  • Can not be used against doctor consultations or treatments.
  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  • Proof of employment required i.e. valid employment card/recent pay slip and valid photo identification if not on employment card.
  • Validation required when treatment purchased.
  • Offer available to new and existing clients.

10. 10% discount for students

  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  • Discount applicable to treatment courses only.
  • Discount applicable to treatments only.
  • Minimum spend £50
  • Discount can be used on any practitioner led treatments
  • Discount cannot be used against any Nurse led treatments or consultations.
  • Offer is subject to full consultation and patient suitability for treatment.
  • Valid NUS card to be shown when purchasing treatment.
  • Aurielle Aesthetics reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

11. 5000 followers Competition on Instagram

  • No purchase necessary.
  • Competition details form part of these terms and conditions.
  • The competition runs until 5000 followers have been met.

Entries received after this time will not be put forward for the draw.

  • Entry is open to residents of the UK over 18 years
  • Each contestant can enter as many times as they like.
  • One winner will be selected at random.
  • Winner will be selected and notified via Instagram direct message when 5000 followers has been met.
  • Winner will need to provide details within 48 hours If details not received by this date, Promoter will select another winner.
  • Prize is £600 worth of treatments at aurielle aesthetics this does not include botulinum toxin type A treatments.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered, unless agreed in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.
  • Use of a false name or details will result in disqualification.
  • All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition, no group, mass or software entries will be accepted.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, due to computer network or software failure which may restrict or delay entry.
  • The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
  • Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this competition.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter these terms of competition at any time.
